An American survey conveys the names of the more expensive and prestigious ways of the world, promoting Via Montenapoleone among the first fifteen ones. The Fifth Avenue in New York continuos to guide the classification of the most expensive roads of the world, although the economic slowing down due to the events of September the 11th, and Via Montenapoleone in Milan is in a clear rise. The survey of this year of the Cushman & Wakefield Haley & Baker, a society of real estate advising, promotes the way of the Italian shopping to the fourteenth place, against the eighteenth one covered just one year ago. A square meter of walls in Via Montenapoleone is worth as a medium rent of 1.684 dollars per year. Moreover Milan is the only Italian city appearing in the list of the Cushman & Wakefield, even if Via Condotti in Rome is more and more approaching this classification. As far as the rest of the Europe, the Avenue des Champs Elysees in Paris is on the second place on the classification, after New York (where prices for a square meter touch 6,029 dollars per year) and the Causeway Bay in Hong Kong (where are approximately spent 5,382 dollars). The fourth luxury road, on the base of costs, is Oxford Street, in London, than barefoot of a position the Pitt Street Mall in Sidney, now fifth.
